The Driving Staff Comprises Omanis along with many of the Support teams in operations, administration and engineering.
The Board of Directors at the helm of the business strategy and its various members belong to Government Ministries with one member, The Chief Executive Officer being responsible for day-to-day business affairs and ensuring all Statutory Requirements are met.
The CEO is backed up by a management unit made up of a General Manager for Corporate Support, COO, Finance Manager, I.T Manager, Admin and HR Manager, Development and Logistics Services Manager, Operations Manager, Health and Safety Manager and an Engineering Manager.
Our stations are manned by inspectors and customer service agents, the familiar faces of the business along with our drivers. The staff handle the passenger and cargo business in to. They front customer queries and issues and take questions from the public.
