Several key points were discussed, including the safety technology used in buses to manage risks and obtain critical data, which plays a vital role in ensuring the safety of both passengers and drivers.

Another important topic addressed by Sami was resource management and driver scheduling systems, achieved through the Goal System program, which helps manage driver schedules, ensuring adequate rest periods between shifts to reduce the likelihood of fatigue-related accidents.

Driver behavior is another crucial factor in bus safety, and the use of the IMS and AVM monitoring systems was discussed. These systems aid in monitoring and identifying driver behaviors related to performance, promoting safe driving habits.

Lastly, the implementation of the "You See, You Say" principle was introduced, encouraging reporting of internal risks within the company, enabling early identification and prevention of potential hazards.
