On the sidelines of UITP MENA Conference 2024 hosted in Salalah, Mwasalat, a member of Asyad Group, signed a cooperation agreement with Hycap Middle East. The agreement aims to conduct a joint feasibility study to decarbonize Oman`s public transport fleet.

 

The study will include identifying costs and infrastructure requirements, exploring the viability of green fuel, and developing strategies aligned with Mwasalat`s commitment to sustainability. This agreement is part of Mwasalat`s ongoing efforts to enhance sustainability and adopt the latest technologies in the transport sector, contributing to improving the quality of life and supporting national efforts to achieve sustainable development goals.
